Introductions and A Brief History

Greetings and Salutations, ladies and germs. I am Chokumen the Decade, AKA: Rock=Dash. You are wondering why I made a blog for the notoriously impossible MUGEN that is now being reported on. The reason is very simple. I am the only one who receives constant updates so I'd prefer to inform all who read this blog. That and I am going to have the Renegade himself post here to give you all the low down on each change. Because the project team Members are involved, I will consider this a team effort presentation. However, the credit for production goes solely to Renegade for his hard work in making the game balanced as it is. Members of the project team have indeed been testing this and will be testing further as long as there is a chance to do so. I on the other hand have been testing Rock and Terry, Team Mark of the Wolves. Frankly, I am satisfied with the nerfings, they allow for technical prowess as well as the capability of stopping certain combos. That said, welcome to Neo Geo Battle Coliseum 2's blog.
